Not the same shoot as the actual week 5, but a very similar setup the next night. I usually don’t do outtakes, but I like this picture; I just don’t think I should wait until next week to post it. I should take a picture next week for next week’s photo.
With a bow, the world shimmers.
I return to the racquetball court today after several days away from the gym. The 365 Days of Gym project, apparently, can be derailed by the common cold, or the flu, and various other ailments. A few days back, I went and did the same workout I’d […]
Studio setting this time, though a makeshift studio in the living room. White backdrop, lights, everything.
Except there was a bit of wrinkling in the backdrop, and in the end, it was not evenly lit (brighter up top), and therefore difficult to work with in Photoshop.

So far, everything’s going according to plan. I took 2 rest days in the first week, as planned: Tuesday (Day 3) and Saturday (Day 7). This, the second week, I took Tuesday (Day […]
Would you risk it all on the roll of the dice?
Natural light. Approximately 5pm in Florida. After work.
We’ll call this a “before” shot, as it’s only Day 5 of 365 Days of Gym. Sticking with the program: Day 3 was my first (unplanned) day off, but I get two of those a week. An hour cardio on Day 5 (20 minutes on the bike, 40 […]
