There’s Nothing To See Here

I’m fascinated by stairs to nowhere.  And bridges.  And doors.  These things, of course, are related on some level, and psychologically rather simplistic to translate (perhaps I want to be somewhere else, or I haven’t found what I’m seeking).  These particular stairs are accessible, but go nowhere.  They simply end.  They lead to a short cement landing, and then nothing.  An empty lot.  A large empty lot, considering it’s supposed to be something like a city.

Self Portrait

If anyone feels inclined to support this year-long photographic self-guided lesson with a contribution of a Professional membership at FlickR, I’d be most appreciative.
