Day 10 of 365 Days of Color
I’ve been feeling musical lately. I want to learn piano. I want to learn violin. I dreamt about picking a set of drumsticks.
Thus far, the only thing I play with any talent is the CD player and the iPod.
On another note: I bought a CD at Sam Goody today. They asked if I wanted the protection plan. No. How about a membership in our Sam Goody club? No. Perhaps we can offer you a free 3-month subscription to one of these lovely magazines. (This, complete with hand sweeping a la a game show hostess.) Um…still no. Why can’t I just buy the damn CD? Sam Goody, and other retailers, take note: This is the behavior you require in your store clerks that will insure I won’t return.
