Day 25 of 365 Days of Gym

Day 25 of 365 Days of Gym – I’m shaping a new me out of the pliable flesh of the old me. Despite a setback–5 sick days, then a workout that drained me, and facilitated the return of the sick and another 3 sick days–I weighed in at 231.2 this morning (down .2 from before the sick, but up .4 from the previous weigh in). That’s a total drop of 3.6 pounds. Somewhat disappointing. But I cannot beat myself up over getting sick; I have to go with it, and go on, and continue to do what I’ve set out to do. The new gym opens in about two weeks, and by the end of February I expect to be able to do at least ONE pull-up.
